We work with a lot of trades people. We use them on our personal homes, and as a realty, we work with them on client properties too. We know who is great at what they do, and we'd love to help you get the best value for your dollar when you're having work done.

We want your first call whenever you need ANYTHING relating to your house to be to us! Call us and we'll refer you trustworthy vendors that we've had experience using. We also blog about new vendors, often with pictures, and also with areas for comments for you to let us know how things went!

This includes vendors for activities and updates like painting, roof repair or replacement, kitchen and bathroom updates, tile work, lawn maintenance, concrete and flagstone, patio, deck, and many others. If you don't know who to call, CALL US!

And we're always looking for new vendors, so if you've had a great experience, please share that with us so we can add them to our directory and refer them out to others!

Monthly Items of Value

We are always looking for useful information that might be able to help. We provide information monthly that you will hopefully find valuable. Sometimes it is market updates, sometimes its useful computer information. Other times it's discounts to local retailers that we negotiate for the folks in our program.

More than that, we want to be in touch with you every month so you are always thinking about us. We want to be your first call when you need something! Even if its simply for a recommendation to a new restaurant!

Client Appreciation Events

We know how to have a good time, and we want to hang out with all our friends. We'll host a few parties throughout the year to bring folks together to chat, learn, mingle, and be merry. Sometimes we'll also have educational events on a variety of subjects from refinance options to purchasing investment properties to tax strategies, and more.
