We won't make bogus claims not backed up by facts because that's not who we are or how we operate. We want to have a trust based relationship with our clients. And we want our clients to become our long term friends.

We are not a transactional based real estate company. We want you to be happy, and we want to help you, even if that means talking you out of buying the home you're looking at. You read that right! We've done it before, convinced people to purchase smaller houses, or to wait. We've walked away from sure thing commissions because it's not in a client's best interest. Our belief is that in the long run, this is the smarter financial decision for us, and for you.

We’re focused on our clients and our craft. We stay up to date through continuing education, training, practice, and third party certifications. We believe that client experiences (and their referrals) are more important than our list of credentials - but we have those too…

A lot of Realtors focus on lead generation, which is a euphemism for cold calling, spam mailing, FSBO soliciting, and a lot of other activity that isn't much fun, and takes you away from making your client's dreams come true.
