We contacted Andrea and Barbara of Schatz Hayes Home and team via email on May 7, 2020 regarding a real estate consultation. COVID-19 was in full-swing and we were living at our second home in Puerto Aventuras, Mexico (western Caribbean). We were planning on retiring in 2022 but wanted to start collecting information and to determine if we were starting the selling process to early. Our primary address was in Potomac Green, an active adult community, but our hearts were set on living in Florida once we retired.

Andrea contacted us immediately and scheduled a video conference call using Google Meet (Hangouts) appointment with us for Saturday, May 9, 2020. They provided a personal and seamless interface even though we were in Mexico!

I've sold three homes and purchased four, so I've worked with different agents and agencies. For the most part, the experiences have been positive. I never had to ask the status on any action - Andrea and her team provided update information as it was available. With her considerable experience ad expertise, Andrea was able to anticipate and address issues before they became problems. While I was familiar with the buying process, I was worn out from selling a house in one state, packing and making all the necessary arrangements and staying in hotels for two weeks until closing on the new house, so I really appreciated the team walking me through the closing process. Everyone was so patient and understanding. Barbara and Erin are the greatest.

Due to a sudden and unexpected cross country relocation, my husband and I had to sell our dream home in Leesburg, Va. This was an emotional sale for us as we absolutely adored our home. I can not say enough good things about SHH. They were simply amazing from beginning to end. Andrea is so energetic and intuitive, Her staff is so knowledgeable and responsive , and her vendors (if your house may need a bit of fixing up) are also responsive and reasonably priced. This is my second transaction with SHH and I can't recommend them more highly. My house was sold in about two weeks time.
